Who it’s for
Built for the classroom, not the boardroom.
Stratilead is for people who teach business to a group, and for those who want to write the next scenario. Players just need a phone.
Schools and universities
Bring business management to life for a whole class, within a single lesson.
Vocational and technical high schools, two-year programs, business and engineering schools, universities: a session takes a few minutes to set up, students join with a code and run a company in teams of three to five. A game lasts between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Seven official scenarios, from the lemonade stand for a first lesson to the SaaS startup for a master’s program
- Three difficulty levels per scenario, and a practice round to get to grips with the interface
- Facilitator console: pause, extra time, events to trigger, leaderboard hidden or shown
- Built-in debrief (awards, side-by-side charts, personalized lessons), CSV exports and PDF reports
- Classes to keep the history of your games
Professional training
Learn to read an income statement by running a company in your own industry.
For non-financial managers, future entrepreneurs and sales teams: every decision has a visible effect on the numbers, every event carries a lesson. Participants play on their phone or computer, with no account.
- Industry-specific scenarios: manufacturing, hospitality, air transport, accounting firm, software, food service
- Team roles: each member handles their own decisions (production, finance, sales…), the captain submits
- Shared market for head-to-head competition, or parallel markets against virtual competitors
- Adjustable constants and events you can switch off to suit your audience
Scenario creators
A whole industry in one JSON file, with a validator that explains every error.
Teachers, trainers, serious game designers: the scenario format is public. Decisions, formulas, market, events, reports and teaching content all fit in a single file, written by hand, in the editor or with a general-purpose AI thanks to the kit. The documentation and the validator messages are in French for now.
- Full format reference and documented formula language
- AI kit: prompt, examples, calibration method, back-and-forth with the validator
- Test bench that detects dominant strategies and decisions with no effect
- Share with colleagues, then publish to the catalog after moderation
What about players?
A code, a nickname, and you’re in.
No account, nothing to install: participants join with the projected code, make their decisions on their phone and understand every number with “Explain this number”. Stratilead is aimed at higher education and adult training; account registration is limited to people aged 15 and over.
